The Coachman’s Inn is located in the heart of Carmel-
By-The-Sea, so step outside and stroll the streets to
find many unique shops, art galleries and outstanding
restaurants.
The Carmel Beach, which is one of the best walking
and pet friendly beaches in America, is easy access
from the inn as well.
During your stay we offer daily a light continental breakfast brought to your room and evening sherry and fresh baked cookies to enjoy either in your room or on one of our two small garden patios. We also have an outdoor gas fire pit and inviting enclosed Jacuzzi and sauna.
Pet’s (dogs only) are welcome in a few selected rooms at a nominal charge. Carmel is a very dog friendly village and dogs are welcome on the beach and in the shops and restaurants around town.
The famous Pebble Beach Golf Course, Spanish Bay Golf Course and as many as 12 other courses are only minutes away as well as the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Steinbeck’s Cannery Row. A short jaunt south is Point Lobos where you can enjoy a wonderful hike and the possibility of seeing migrating Whales and playful Sea Otters.
